A Roadmap to Wholeness

Creating Change will help you rediscover the creative channels through which you can explore and use your own personal metaphors to reveal soul expression on a deeper level. Through the integration of personal myths, symbols, dreams and creative practice, participants will reveal their personal journey toward wholeness.

Part One: The Storyteller

Part one will introduce you to your unseen self, reveal how archetypes influence your individual mythos, and how exploring those archetypes can help you to understand yourself on a deeper level.

This will benefit those who want to discover more about themselves, align their decisions with their path in life, root out destructive myths, and reframe their perspectives to better handle grief and sadness. By examining these various components of your life and looking for patterns, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and uncover insights that were previously hidden from view. By doing so, you will gain invaluable insight into how each of these factors influence who you are today and who you can become tomorrow.

Part Two: The Dreamer

Dreams are the most personal and powerful experiences we can have with our unconscious selves, and provide invaluable information for personal integration and growth by delivering symbolic messages about our immediate concerns and conscious life experiences.

In part two, you will learn the various methods and techniques for dream work. You will start to develop a relationship with your unconscious mind and become more aware of the underlying motivations that influence your behavior. Through the study of dreams, you will be able to detect subtle signals from within yourself about what is holding back your spiritual evolution, or nourishing your soul, as well as find out what's behind unresolved issues and where you are headed in life. By enriching the expression of your dreams through visual art and writing, you will deepen this dreamworking process by giving form to the emerging images, symbols and archetypes that are getting a voice in your psyche.

Part Three: The Creator

The final series of this course will invite more expressive flow as we work with several art therapy exercises and divination practices to activate the creative channels for expression. All origins of ancient healing practices, wisdom traditions, divinations of philosophical, theosophical or shamanic practices, literature, myth, folklore, medical practice, science, humanities, depth psychology, song, dance, and theatre can be traced back to a disturbance or problem that was transformed through creative expression. We all have this innate treasure within us. Every soul disturbance is signaling us toward our highest purpose.

Become Your Own Guru

Most courses and trainings teach you to memorize and practice a certain transcript or set of rituals created by others. We believe that you are the only one who can understand, create and express your story, and in order to do that from wholeness, you must encounter and embody it in your own way.

One cannot create their own song by lip syncing someone else's lyrics.

This is why we emphasize and encourage you to learn all of the varieties of tools and methods, and then modify these practices and rituals to reflect your own individualized self. Once you have completed this three-part series course, you will have the tools to be your greatest ally in conscious development and spiritual growth. You will be your own therapist, coach, and mentor.
